PURPOSE: A conductive paste is provided to prevent formation of an oxide film with excessive thickness, thereby improving contact resistance to a semiconductor substrate. CONSTITUTION: A conductive paste comprises conductive powder; metal glass which includes aluminum and a first element forming a solid solution with the aluminum; and an organic vehicle. The amount of the first element exceeds solid solubility limit with the aluminum. The electric device comprises the electrode formed by using the conductive paste. The solar cell comprises a semiconductor substrate(110) and electrodes(120, 140) which is electrically connected to the semiconductor substrate.
