CONSTITUTION: A folding ladder comprises a pair of linear legs(1) and a handrail unit. The linear legs are folded or are spread around a hinge point of the upper part as a shaft and comprises a vertical member(4) in which a plurality of scaffolds(3) is arranged. The handrail unit is installed in the vertical member in a longitudinal direction with a gap and comprises a protraction pipe(5) in order to protract a length.
