PURPOSE: A copper sulfate segregating apparatus is provided to precipitate the copper sulfate from a high temperature copper sulfate solution in a short time by promoting heat exchange between fine air bubbles and the copper sulfate solution. CONSTITUTION: A copper sulfate segregating apparatus comprises a storage tank(10), an air feeding part(30) and a stirring part. The reservoir accepts the high temperature copper sulfate solution. The air supplying part provides air to the lower part of the reservoir and cools the copper sulfate solution. The stirring part stirs the copper sulfate solution of the reservoir. The reservoir is composed of a lower body(110) and an upper body(130). The lower body has storage(112). An inlet port(114) is formed in the upper part of the lower body and the high temperature copper sulfate solution is flowed in. A vent(116) is formed in the lower part of the lower body and discharges residual solution of the copper sulfate solution. Air inlets(118) are formed in the lower part of the lower body and inflows air from the air supplying part. The upper body is installed on the top of the lower body and closes the storage of the lower body. An air outlet(132) is formed on the top of the upper body. |
