PURPOSE: An ultrasonic flaw detecting system is provided to improve a process by searching causes of a deformity generation when manufacturing an aircraft because a distribution and area of a defective portion are quantitively produced. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic flaw detecting system comprises an ultrasonic scanning part(10), a controller(20), and a display part(30). The ultrasonic flaw detecting part sprays water to a transmitting path of ultrasonic waves received and transmitted to a surface of a test object arranged within an ultrasonic flaw detecting area. The ultrasonic flaw detecting part maintains a signal intensity of the ultrasonic waves received and transmitted, thereby scanning the test object. The controller controls water spraying and scanning operations of the ultrasonic flaw detecting part and generates displaying control signals displaying a depth of a deformity. The display part is driven according to an input of the displaying control signals supplied from the control unit and displays images related to the deformity of a pore and layer separation generated in a boundary surface of the test object. |
