PURPOSE: A solar cell structure is provided to maximize sunlight absorption efficiency regardless of time by being comprised to absorb sunlight in all sides. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell uses a conductive core(10) as an electrode. A semiconductor layer is formed in the outer periphery of the conductive core. The semiconductor layer absorbs sunlight. The conductive core comprises a carbon material. The semiconductor layer comprises a first semiconductor layer(20) and a second semiconductor layer(30). The first semiconductor layer comprises any one which is selected out of N type or P type. The second semiconductor layer comprises intrinsic silicon. |
