A heat distribution plate for a clothes airerA heat distribution plate 1 which attaches to a suitable clothes airer frame 11 (figure 5). The plate captures rising warm air and feeds it to the underside of the plate so that the warm air may rise through a series of vent holes 2 in the plate for the purpose of distributing the warm air into the clothes airer frame. There may be fixed or flexible sides 4 and one of the flexible sides may be a skirt 5 which is long enough to reach over a radiator located next to the airer. In a preferred version the plate is long enough to extend over an adjacent radiator. The plate may be attachable to a suitable air drying frame via flexible strips with releasably attachable means. Each vent hole may also be provided with an air flow deflector 3 to assist conduction of the rising warm air. |
