PURPOSE: A solid oxide fuel cell is provided to prevent diffusion of element composing a positive electrode material, into electrolyte layer, during sintering of the positive electrode layer, by introducing a reaction preventing layer. CONSTITUTION: A solid oxide fuel cell comprises a positive electrode(10), electrolyte(30), and negative electrode, and comprises a reaction preventing layer(20) which is formed between the electrolyte and positive electrode, and consists of 35-90 mol% of gadonlinia-doped ceria and 10-65 mol% of metal oxides. A manufacturing method of a solid oxide fuel cell comprises a step of forming a negative electrode layer; a step of forming electrolyte layer on the negative electrode layer; a step of forming a reaction preventing layer on the electrolyte layer; and a positive electrode layer on the reaction preventing layer. |
