<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compactly provide a means of a tape feeder, at low cost for efficiently recovering dusts occurring, when cover tapes of component supplying tapes are exfoliated. <P>SOLUTION: A dust collection nozzle 41 is formed to a tape guide member 23 for guiding a component-supplying tape 21 to a component absorption position so as to stride over the vicinity of a cover tape exfoliating part 37 and the vicinity of the component absorption position, and connected to suction connector of the tape feeder 14. When the tape feeder 14 is set to a component-mounting unit, the suction connector of the tape feeder 14 is connected to an air suction device of the component-mounting unit side via the connection connector of the component-mounting unit side. In this composition, the dust collection nozzle 41 can be arranged in the vicinity of the occurring site of the dust occurring, by the exfoliation of the cover tape 31. to efficiently recover the dust occurring by the exfoliation of the cover tape 31 with relatively small air suction force by the dust collection nozzle 41. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
