<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for obtaining a resin particle capable of making excellent heat-resistant preservability not found in conventional and melting characteristic compatible. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the resin particle (X) includes a step for treating the resin particle (B) containing a resin (A) constituted by a crystalline part (a) containing an aromatic ring-containing polyester (p) obtained by polycondensing a polyol component and a polycarboxylic acid component as an indispensable constitution component and a non-crystalline part (b) with carbon dioxide (C) in the liquid-like state or in the supercritical state, and then removing the carbon dioxide (C). In the manufacturing method for the resin particle (X), heat of fusion of the obtained resin particle (X) obtained by measurement by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) satisfies following relationship equation (1): 0≤H2/H1≤0.9 (1). In relationship equation (1), H1 represents heat of fusion (J/g) at initial raising of temperature obtained by DSC measurement; and H2 represents heat of fusion (J/g) at second raising of temperature obtained by DSC measurement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
