<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas seal device for always sealing gas, by keeping a liquid level of stored liquid constant. <P>SOLUTION: A through-hole 18 is formed in an upper wall surface 14a of a digestive tank 14, and a rotary shaft 20 is penetrated. A storage pot 26 formed larger in a diameter than a shaft diameter of the rotary shaft 20, is arranged in a part of the rotary shaft 20 near the upper wall surface 14A in the digestive tank 14. While having a clearance with a bottom surface 26A of the storage pot 26 on the inner surface side of the through-hole 18, an intermediate cylinder 28 formed in a smaller diameter than the storage pot 26 is fixed. The liquid L is stored in the storage pot 26 and the intermediate cylinder 28. The base end side of a liquid feeding pipe 34 for sending out the liquid L from the inside of a replenishing tank 32, is connected to a lower end part of the replenishing tank 32 for storing the liquid L. The chip side of the liquid feeding pipe 34 is opened in the intermediate cylinder 28, by arranging the chip side of this liquid sensing pipe 34 between the intermediate cylinder 28 and the rotary shaft 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
