PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a poly-3-hydroxy butylate polymer composition having a short molding cycle in molding work, excellent in productivity, and capable of obtaining a molding of excellent impact resistance. SOLUTION: This poly-3-hydroxy butylate polymer composition comprises 10-90 wt.% of poly-3-hydroxy butylate polymer A, and 1-90 wt.% of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer saponification product B comprising 75-96 mol.% of ethylene unit, 2-20 mol.% of vinyl alcohol unit, and 2-20 mol.% of vinyl acetate unit.
