<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency by preventing a serial resistance increase which is caused by a water penetration. CONSTITUTION: A rear surface electrode layer is arranged on a support substrate. A light absorption layer is arranged on the rear surface electrode layer. A front surface electrode layer(600) is arranged on the light absorption layer. A barrier layer(700) is formed on the outer edge area of the front surface electrode layer. The barrier layer includes an opening part. The opening part of the barrier layer is formed on the internal area of the front electrode layer.</p> |
