PURPOSE: A fluid material mixing device for ready-mix concrete manufacturing facilities is provided to uniformly mix an accurate amount of water with admixture by installing a mixer and metering pump to a fluid material supply line. CONSTITUTION: A fluid material mixing device for ready-mix concrete manufacturing facilities comprises a water meter(30), an admixture meter(32), a water supply pipe(50), an admixture supply pipe(60), a cement feeding hopper(90), a sand feeding hopper(91) and an aggregate feeding hopper(92). The water meter and the admixture meter are connected to a water tank(10) and an admixture tank(12) by using supplying lines(20). The water supply pipe supplies water by using a mixing tank(40). The admixture supply pipe provides admixture by connecting the admixture meter to the water supply pipe. The cement feeding hopper, sand feeding hopper(91) and aggregate feeding hopper provide cement, sand and aggregate at predetermined mixing ratio. In order to uniformly mix water with the admixture, a mixer(70) is installed in the water supply pipe. |
