<p>A coupler for coupling an attachment to an excavator has a latching member operated by an actuator assembly comprising an actuator 132 and a hydraulic block, a pair of trunnions 160 projecting from the block 152. The actuator comprises a piston housing defining a piston chamber. The piston chamber houses a piston head and a piston rod, the block being located at an end of the housing, and includes a cavity 158 containing a portion of the piston chamber. As a result, the height of the hydraulic block is reduced and the length of the ram assembly can be shorter.</p> |
