847,990. Photographic cameras. AGFA A.G. Dec. 8, 1958 [Dec. 21, 1957], No. 39538/58. Class 98(1) A camera for two negative sizes includes negative size varying shutters and a viewfinder fieldvarying means each operably connected to a ring which is movable co-axially of the objective so that rotation of the ring changes the negative size and varies the viewfinder field. As shown a ring 14 is linked to the negative size-varying shutters 10, 11 by means of rods 15, 16 so that when it is rotated in the arrowed direction the shutters are pivoted about axes 13, 12 out of the light path to give a larger negative size. Simultaneously a projection 14e on the ring engages part 19c of a lever 19 which is rotated about a pivot 20 and by means of a pin 18a and a slot 19a moves the viewfinder field mask 17 (which may be replaced by a correcting lens) out of the viewfinder field. On rotating the ring 14 in the opposite direction the shutters 10, 11 again limit the size of the film exposed and the lever 19 is moved by spring 20 so that the mask is in the viewfinder field.
|
