Handle for a medical instrument

The handle has a connection adapter (5) formed as a replaceable disposable part and fluid-tightly inserted into a corresponding support recess of a handle housing by a connection support (7). Two surrounding ring grooves situated one behind the other are provided on the connection support in an axial direction of the connection support for inserting a sealing element (9) i.e. O-ring, such that the connection support has a constant outer diameter in an area of the ring grooves. The sealing element is positioned in one of the ring grooves as seen from a free end of the connection support.
