<p>The method involves storing cryogenic liquid (3) in liquid tank (4). The cryogenic liquid (5) is removed from liquid tank under pseudo-evaporation unit (8). The mechanical energy is generated from high pressure gaseous storage fluid (10,11). The portion of generated mechanical energy is converted into electrical energy. The generation of mechanical energy is performed from high pressure gaseous storage fluid in gas turbine expander of a gas turbine system of a gas turbine power plant (12). The storage fluid is supplied to downstream of pseudo-evaporation unit of gas turbine system. An independent claim is included for a device for generating electrical energy.</p> |
