PURPOSE: A stepped device for a truck is provided to maintain a step plate in a vertical structure when a door is closed and to easily board using the step plate by converting the step plate into a stepped inclined structure when the door is opened. CONSTITUTION: A stepped device for a truck comprises a door shaft(10), a rotary plate(20), a step rotary shaft(30), and a step unit(40). The step rotary shaft is installed in order that both ends arranged to back and forth direction of a vehicle from an upper side of the rotary plate can be shaft-rotated on a vehicle body panel(4). A lower part of the step unit of the step unit is moved to the shaft direction of the vehicle when the rotary plate rotates. A plurality of step plates(43) is formed in a vertical direction on one surface facing a door(3) of the step unit.
