DAMPER CLUTCH FOR TORQUE CONVERTER

PURPOSE: A damper clutch of a torque converter is provided to maintain a stiffness ratio between ends at a lower state by using a nonlinear spring as a first damper spring. CONSTITUTION: A damper spring assembly is placed between driven plates in a circumferential direction. The damper spring assembly is oppositely placed to a central point with same strength. The damper spring assembly comprises first and second stiffness damper springs(34,36). The first stiffness damper spring is formed into a nonlinear shape. The second stiffness damper spring is inserted into the first stiffness damper spring.
