PURPOSE: A steering column tilt device for a vehicle is provided to prevent a steering column from being tilted up in a vehicle collision by improving a tilt support force of the steering column. CONSTITUTION: A steering column tilt device for a vehicle comprises a tilt bracket(23), an inner cam(16), an outer cam(13), a tilt lever(15), and a locking lever(20). The tilt bracket is connected to the outside of a steering column and is fixed to a vehicle body. The inner cam and the outer cam are arranged in the outside of the tilt bracket and are installed in a lever hinge shaft(11) of the steering column. The tilt lever is attached to the outer circumference of the outer cam in order to integrally rotate with the outer cam. The locking lever is connected to a hinge unit(17) of the inner cam.
