PURPOSE: A branched polymer microsphere is provided to be easily collected and reused in case of being used as an enzyme immobilized carrier because the branched polymer microsphere is simply and easily separated by a magnet by including a magnetic particle. CONSTITUTION: A branched polymer microsphere includes one or more magnetic particles. The magnetic particle is made of a magnetic material or a magnetic alloy. A composite includes a silica layer which surrounds the microsphere and has a diameter of 500-8000μm.
