<p>The method involves packaging a food substance in a flexible pocket, and sealingly closing the pocket. The food substance in the pocket is pasteurized and cooled. An outer envelope i.e. sleeve, is placed around the sealed pocket. The envelope and the pocket are firmly connected. The envelope is obtained by folding of a blank along folding lines (P1, P1'), where the blank comprises panels (21', 21'', 22-26) that form walls of the envelope after folding of the blank. An independent claim is also included for a package for containing food substance.</p> |
