PURPOSE: An LED driving device using DSP(Digital Signal Processor) is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost of a circuit composing a device driving an LED lamp by implementing an LED driving circuit using a low price DSP. CONSTITUTION: An EMI filter(10) is connected to an input power source and removes the electromagnetic noise of input and output signals. A power factor compensation circuit(30) is connected to the output terminal of the EMI filter and controls the form of input current. A DC-DC converter(140) transforms the output voltage of the power factor compensation circuit. A sensor input part(110) receives a sensor signal. A DSP(130) controls the DC-DC converter in order to fit for the forward direction voltage of an LED. The DSP controls brightness according to the sensor signal inputted from the sensor input part or a communication signal inputted from a transceiver part(120).
