PURPOSE: An antenna module is provided to maintain the efficiency and the voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) value of an antenna within first and second fixed ranges respectively in case the antenna use volume decreases within a fixed decrease range. CONSTITUTION: An antenna module (M) comprises a substrate unit (1) and an antenna unit (2). The substrate unit comprises at least one carrier substrate (10). The carrier substrate has 7-13 of permittivity according to the antenna efficiency and the VSWR value within first and second fixed ranges. The carrier substrate comprises multiple dispersed nano-sized micro particle structures in a dielectric material. Each of the nano-sized micro particle structures (101) comprises a nano-sized insulating encapsulation layer (1011) and encapsulates at least one nano-sized carbon particle (1010) completely.
