METHOD FOR REDUCING NOX BY FLUE GAS RECIRCULATION

PURPOSE: A nitrogen oxide reduction method is provided to reduce the concentration of discharged nitrogen oxides by circulating and injecting exhaust gas into a combustion chamber through a COG(Coke Oven Gas) burner for emergencies or an air inlet box. CONSTITUTION: A nitrogen oxide reduction method comprises: a step of partially extracting exhaust gas which is generated in a combustion chamber(1) and disparaged; and a step of injecting gaseous fuel(10) and air(11) for combustion into inside of the combustion chamber, and injecting the exhaust gas to the combustion chamber through an air inlet box(6) of a COG burner for emergencies. The discharge of the nitrogen oxide is reduced by the combustion in the combustion chamber.
