PURPOSE: A noise reduction device of an air conditioner system for a vehicle and a control method thereof are provided to improve noise of the air conditioner system by opening a bypass fluid path through a valve assembly unit in a creep driving condition of the vehicle, connecting a connection fluid path and the bypass fluid path, and extending a discharge path of the connection fluid path. CONSTITUTION: A noise reduction device of an air conditioner system comprises a valve assembly unit(20), an actuator(40), and a controller(60). The valve assembly unit is installed in order to be opened at each bifurcation of a connection fluid path(11) and a bypass fluid path(13). The actuator is connected to the each valve assembly unit and supplies a rotatory force with the valve assembly unit. The controller controls operation of the valve assembly unit by applying a predetermined a control signal to the actuator according to the rotation number of an engine. The controller applies the predetermined control signal to the actuator, and the bypass fluid path is closed through the valve assembly unit in an idle condition of the vehicle.
