PURPOSE: A slide device for forming a film insertion port of a three-dimensional eyeglass frame is provided to minimize failure rate by precisely forming a space part where a film is coupled even though a slide piece longitudinally moves. CONSTITUTION: A slide device comprises a slide part(10), an assembly block, a slide piece(30), and matching pins(40). The assembly block comprises multiple penetration grooves and fitting grooves. The slide piece is fitted in the fitting grooves and has connection grooves on same line as the penetration grooves. The matching pins fix the assembly block and the slide pieces.
