PURPOSE: A kit for detecting bacteria causing food poisoning is provided to effectively detect various kinds of bacteria causing food poisoning. CONSTITUTION: A kit for detecting bacteria causing food poisoning contains a primer set for detecting Listeria monocytogenes, in one or more penetrated opening channels of a PCR chip comprising: a first plate; a second plate which is placed on the first plate and has one or more penetrated opening channels; and third plate which is placed on the second plate and has a penetrated opening inlet part formed at one region and a penetrated opening outlet part formed on the other region. The primer set contains: a primer containing 15 or more continuous nucleotides among base sequences in sequence number 1, and a primer containing 15 or more continuous nucleotides among base sequences in sequence number 2; or a primer containing 15 or more continuous nucleotides among base sequences in sequence number 31, and a primer containing 15 or more continuous nucleotides among base sequences in sequence number 32.
