PURPOSE: A device for diagnosing lung cancer using electromagnetic wave and a diagnosing method thereof are provided to accurately diagnose cancer with rarely being affected by outer noise using the scattering property of an electromagnetic wave signal. CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic wave transmission module is received through the mouth of a user(S100). The transmission module moves along a digestive organ for generating an electromagnetic wave of a continuous wave(S200). An electromagnetic wave generated at the transmission module is received with a receiving module(S300). The amplitude and phase information of the received electromagnetic wave are measured(S400). Whether a patient has lung cancer is determined based on amplitude and phase information(S500).
