PURPOSE: A foot mat for a vehicle is provided to include convenience, a nice exterior, durability, and utility by having excellent machinability, and to including abrasion resistance, anti-bend property, oil smudge resistance, and corrosion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A foot mat(10) for a vehicle comprises an upper sheet layer(11), a center fiber material layer(12), and a molding material layer(13). The upper sheet layer is comprised of thermoplastic polyurethane. The thermoplastic polyurethane is comprised of 10-84% of polyol, 15-55% of diisocyanate, and 1-75% of 1,4- butanediol. The center fiber material layer is comprised of a polyethylene fiber, a polypropylene fiber, a polyester fiber, a nylon fiber, or a polyester cotton fabric and a natural fiber comprised of a natural cotton fabric. The molding material layer is comprised of a cross-connection polyethylene molding board, a polyethylene molding board, and ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer or polyurethane molding boards. |
