PURPOSE: A method for maintaining dissolved hydrogen in liquid is provided to provide a liquid storage container which contains a specific amount or more of dissolved hydrogen. CONSTITUTION: A method for maintaining dissolved hydrogen comprises a step of injecting a liquid container into a large sized liquid storage container(10), wherein the liquid container, liquid or gas containing hydrogen molecules is filled; and a step of applying hydrogen molecular pressure to the container, with regard to liquid in the large size storage container. A dissolved hydrogen containing liquid storage container(20) maintains dissolved hydrogen amount in the liquid by making a state hydrogen molecular pressure is applied to a dissolved hydrogen-containing liquid.
