ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to satisfy the color reproducibility of ITU-R BT.709 by extending a light emitting layer formed in a sub pixel region to an adjacent sub pixel region. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate(110) including a sub-pixel area(SP) is prepared. A first electrode(147) is formed in the sub pixel area. A light emitting layer(230) is positioned in the upper part of the first electrode. A second electrode(158) is formed in the upper part of the light emitting layer. One light emitting layer is extended to an adjacent sub pixel area.
