PARTICULATE MATTERS SENSOR UNIT

PURPOSE: A particulate matter sensor unit is provided to precisely determine the amount of particulate matter included in exhaust gas or the collecting amount of particulate matter such as the soot of DPF(Diesel Particulate Filter). CONSTITUTION: A particulate matter sensor unit includes an exhaust line and a PM sensor(120). Exhaust gas passes through the exhaust line. The PM(Particulate Matter) sensor is installed at one side of the exhaust line, and generates a signal when the particulate matter included in the exhaust air is passed adjacent to the PM sensor. The PM sensor has an electrostatic induction method that an induced charge is generated by the particulate matter when the particulate matter with a charge is passed by the PM sensor.
