PURPOSE: A semi-solid polymer electrolyte for a dye-sensitized solar cell is provided to improve electric conductivity by movement of a polymer chain and to obtain high ion conductivity by hole-transfer phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: A semi-solid polymer electrolyte for a dye-sensitized solar cell comprises a hole transfer material, a polymer for solid electrolyte, and liquid electrolyte. A dye-sensitized solar cell includes the semi-solid polymer electrolyte. Specifically, The dye-sensitized solar cell includes a first electrode which includes a conductive transparent substrate; a photo-absorptive layer which is formed on at least one side of the first electrode; a second electrode which is arranged opposite the first electrode; and electrolyte which is located between the first electrode and the second electrode.
