PURPOSE: A hybrid power supply apparatus, method, and system are provided to reduce overheads, thereby improving the power supply efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid power supply apparatus includes a power converting circuit, a first DC(Direct Current)-DC converter(1141), a second DC-DC converter(1142), a control circuit, and an output terminal(1160). The power converting circuit charges a secondary battery with surplus power. The first DC-DC converter controls a voltage level corresponding to the output power of a fuel cell. The second DC-DC converter controls a voltage level corresponding to the output power of the secondary battery. The control circuit controls at least one of the first and the second DC-DC converter, and the power converting circuit. The output terminal outputs a mixed power.
