The packaging has a bag (3) comprising two closed longitudinal edges (7), a front transverse edge (61) and a rear transverse edge (62). A flexible plastic sleeve (12) comprises two walls (15, 16) extending from the front transverse edge in a superimposed manner in an extension of front and back faces (4) of the bag to a free end edge (19). The sleeve is closed at the front transverse edge and opened in direction opposite to the transverse edge. A cap and a protection propulsion are wrapped at a portion of the front and back faces of the bag from the front transverse edge.
