PURPOSE: A fuel door device of a vehicle is provided to improve the marketability of a vehicle by preventing the malfunction of the vehicle and to stably maintain the external appearance of the vehicle by preventing the abnormal opening and breaking of a fuel door cover. CONSTITUTION: A fuel door device of a vehicle comprises a fuel door cover(5), a lock opener(9), a push opener, and a limit lever unit. The fuel door cover comprises a lock slot and is rotatably installed with respect to a housing(1). The lock opener is protruded with a push rod(7) towards the lock slot from the housing to restrict the fuel door cover with respect to the housing. The push opener shifts into a closed or opened state by applying pressure from the fuel door cover towards the housing. The limit lever unit limits the rotation of the fuel door cover towards the housing while locking the fuel door cover through the lock opener.
