PURPOSE: A mobile advertisement display device based on activities performed by a user and a method thereof are provided to supply a mobile advertisement to which a user interest is applied. CONSTITUTION: A portable terminal(100) includes a local wireless link(140) and a wire connection unit(150). An activity sensing module(105) monitors a sensor(120) or a local sensor(122). If a user(102) communicates with the portable terminal, the sensor and/or the local sensor collect related sensing data. An activity indicator(165) is transmitted from the portable terminal to an issuer(190) through mobile communication facilities(170).
