<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of reducing false detection of boiling over. <P>SOLUTION: A boiling-over detecting means 7 includes: light emitting means 8, 9 emitting light at a first wavelength that is transmitted in a transmissive part and light at a second wavelength that is transmitted in the transmissive part and gives a transmittance in water higher than that of the light at the first wavelength; and a light detecting means 10 detecting the light at the first wavelength and at the second wavelength, incident thereto from the transmissive part. A control unit 16 determines that boiling over occurs when a detection value of the light at the first wavelength by the light detecting means 10 is smaller than a detection value of the light at the second wavelength. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
