<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of surely discharging an odorous gas in a compost fermentation system without setting up a large blower. <P>SOLUTION: In this compost fermentation system 50 comprising a compost fermentation vessel 1, a stirrer 3 to stir the compost in the compost fermentation vessel 1, an exhaust hood 20 covering a specified distance from the compost inlet of the compost fermentation vessel 1, and an exhaust pipe 22 to discharge the odor gas, the odor gas generated in the region covered by the exhaust hood 20 is discharged while blocking the region with an air flow preventing measure 20a such as a plastic sheet etc. Odor gas generated in a part of the compost fermentation vessel without the exhaust hood 20 is discharged only when the odor gas exceeds a specified level. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
