The arrangement has a preload compensating element (2) for a hydraulic bearing that exhibits a working direction (3), where a static preload is loaded by a force during normal use of the bearing. The preload compensating element comprises another force (6) working against the former force of the static preload during normal use. The forces working against each other are equally large. The bearing comprises a hydraulic bearing core (8) enclosed at a radial distance from a hydraulic bearing housing (9). An auxiliary spring is made of elastic- and metallic material.
