A patch for repairing plastics surfaces such as conveyer belting comprises plasticized polyvinyl chloride of thin section having feathered edges, coated with adhesive, and furnished with a strippable protective layer, e.g. of polythene. The patch may be made by injection or other moulding, or by spreading the plasticized p.v.c. on a plate and spreading it by whirling or with a V-shaped or other former. |
