METHOD FOR DECODING MOTION VECTOR

PURPOSE: A method for decoding a motion vector is provided to decode a difference vector generated by subtraction of the motion vector of a current block and the motion vector predictor, and to restore the motion vector of the current block by addition of a decoded difference vector and the motion vector predictor. CONSTITUTION: A motion vector decoding device decodes information on the MVP(Motion Vector Predictor) of a current block included in a bit stream(1510). The device decodes information on a difference vector(1520). The device produces the motion vector predictor of the current block based on decoded motion vector predictor information(1530). The device adds the decoded difference vector and the generated motion vector predictor to restore the motion vector of the current(1540).
