PURPOSE: A coating apparatus is provided to absorb dust and gas generated by a coating process into a water wall descending to the front and side with a same pressure, and to discharge the dust and gas forcefully according to a fluid path, thereby providing safety and convenience to the workers. CONSTITUTION: A coating apparatus comprises: a front side wall standing in the front side by being formed in a wall shape; a side wall standing vertically on both sides of the front side wall; a bottom part forming a bottom surface between the front side wall and the side wall; a suction part inhaling air and water by being opened on the bottom end of the front side wall and the side wall separately from the bottom part; a filter part removing foreign substances in the water and air inhaled through the suction part; and a water supplying part providing water from the upper side of the front side wall and the side wall to the lower side of the front side wall and the side wall. The water of the bottom part is circulated to the water supplying part through the filter part.
