PURPOSE: A mica heater and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to stably laminate heating elements on a mica plate in a state which a constant interval between lines of the heating elements are maintained, thereby quickly performing a manufacturing process and preventing temperature variations by uneven intervals. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a mica heater comprises the processes of: material preparation(S100), a first adhesion(S200), a second adhesion(S300), a separation(S400), and a final lamination(S500). In the step of the material preparation, an insulation plate(100) and heating elements(200), which are the main components, and a supplementary film(600) are prepared. In the step of the first adhesion, the heating elements are laminated and adhered on the surface of the supplementary film. When the first adhesion is completed, the heating elements are arranged to form a plurality of heating lines(210) with constant intervals therebetween, which is adhered to the surface of the supplementary film. In the step of the second adhesion, the heating elements are adhered to and fixed on the surface of a first insulation plate(110).
