PURPOSE: A speed-variable winch for equipping a control panel for motor speed and lightning strike protection is provided to change a lifting speed in a remote location by switching into a high or constant speed and to control the lifting speed by changing frequencies through an inverter. CONSTITUTION: A speed-variable winch for equipping a control panel for motor speed and lightning strike protection comprises a signal control part, a limit switch part, an inverter switch part, an inverter switch part operation part, a magnet contact part, and a display part. The signal control part controls signals for opening and closing a floodgate, operating a timer, and an excessive current. The signal control part comprises a power supply lamp, a complete opening relay, a complete closing relay, a power supply cut-off timer, and an overload relay. The inverter switch part provides a signal for operating an inverter which controls the opening and closing speed of the floodgate.
