PURPOSE: A light emitting device and a lighting system is provided to absorb the light generated in the light emitting device, to change the wavelength of the light, and to improve optical extraction efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting device(20) produces a first light. A first quantum dot fluorescent layer(60) is formed on the light emitting device. The first quantum dot fluorescent layer changes the wavelength of the first light. A first extraction enhancement layer(80) is arranged between the light emitting device and the first quantum dot fluorescent layer. The refractive index of the first layer is different from the refractive index of an n layer. |
