PURPOSE: A semiconductor device is provided to prevent overlapping by maintaining an interval between an operation section of a signal for pull-up and an operation section of a signal for pull-down at a constant delay amount. CONSTITUTION: A first signal delay unit(310) delays a first edge of an input signal N(N is an integer greater than or equal to 1) times with a changed delay amount, fixes a second edge of the input signal, and outputs as N first driving signals. A second signal delay unit(320) delays the second edge of the input signal N times with the changed delay amount, fixes the first edge of the input signal, and outputs as N second driving signals. An output pad driving unit drives each data output pad with a first voltage in response to the N first driving signals and drives each data output pad with a second voltage in response to the N second driving signals.
