PURPOSE: A spoke design method of a non-pneumatic master tire for running a uniformity test is provided to be utilized for manufacturing a tire at the desired uniformity value of a user by avoiding specific frequencies when designing to reduce noise and cause vibration properties. CONSTITUTION: A spoke design method of a non-pneumatic master tire for running a uniformity test comprises the following steps: arranging the depth and arrangement position of a spoke(3) to randomly adjust the RFV uniformity of a non-pneumatic master tire; and adjusting the vibration harmonic value of the RFV uniformity to increase or decrease a specific vibration harmonic value.
