PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing wild ginseng bamboo salt is provided to prevent allergy for people who has wild ginseng allergies and to reduce loss of active ingredients of the wild ginseng. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing wild ginseng bamboo salt comprises the following steps: slicing gingers and smoking wild ginseng; drying the smoked wild ginseng and making the same into powder; mixing the wild ginseng, yeast, and Hordei Fructus Germinatus with the bamboo salt; and making the mixed powder into capsules.
